Where is my order?
Once an order has been placed we aim for a 10 working day turn around. Please note any bespoke orders may take longer; this is dependent on our stock levels and orders can take 4-6 weeks.
All parcels are sent out on a 48 hr RM delivery.
Once your order has been dispatched you should receive an email with a tracking number.
Collection
Once your order is ready for collection we will send an email stating your order is completed and ready for collection.

Our opening times for collections are – 9.30am – 4.30pm Monday-Friday.
To find us we recommend using Google Maps and searching Ambition Sport – as this is a new estate not all Sat Navs have updated with all the roads
How do I exchange or refund?
Please note if your order has been personalised with a name or number we are unable to refund or exchange this.
To exchange or refund an item, we ask that the item be sent back too…

We ask that the original order note be enclosed with the items stating the sizes you require or that you require a refund.
The return postage is at the cost of the customer and we will send the exchanged goods at no extra cost.
Missing Items
On receiving your order if you find there are items missing that you have not been notified about either on the delivery note or prior to receiving your items please contact us within 7 days to inform us of any missing items.
Sizing
For sizing information – particularly when ordering items in a bundle – please refer to the individual garment on the web page. This will give you a sizing guide.
Please note some of the sizing is listed in Youth and adult sizing and this can vary in garment labels depending on the manufacturer
i.e LY/LB/LJ are all Large Youth Sizing.
