Here at ambitionsport.com we are dedicated to our clubs and customers total satisfaction. Below you will find a comprehensive guide to using your e-club shop. If we currently do not have a shop for your club and you are interested please check out how we can help your club or school.

Shopping
Making a purchase could not be easier. Firstly, locate your club shop by choosing from the menu on the left of this page. If you know what product you are looking for, you can find it within the appropriate section of the shop. If you would like to browse the entire store to see what is currently available or what’s new then click the link to View All Items. When you have found a product that you wish to order, select your size, colour and other options (when appropriate) and add it to your shopping basket by clicking the "add to cart" button. All sizing information relating to a particular product is displayed on the screen in the product details for your convenience.
Purchasing & Payment
Once you have completed your shopping list, proceed to the checkout by clicking the "Checkout" button at the top of your page. You will then be asked for a few details that we need to complete your order request. You will then be contacted by one of our staff on the telephone number you supply to take payment and confirm the details of your order. We accept all major credit & debit cards for payment.
If you are shopping from outside the U.K. for example Ireland, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to Euros or your own currency.
If your payment is successful, you will be informed immediately and given an expected dispatch date for your order.
Back Orders
If your any of your items are not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed or phoned with the option to cancel your order or alter the size/colour/other choice if you would rather not wait. Payment is not taken for backordered goods until they are in stock and are ready to ship.
Shipping & Handling Charges and Delivery Schedule
UK Mainland: For products to be delivered within the United Kingdom we will ship via a courier service. Someone must be available at your delivery address to sign for the parcel when it arrives. A flat charge of £4.99 [£4.24 + VAT] is made for any number of items up to an order value of £69.99 (exclusive of carriage). For orders over £70.00 delivery is free.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 10 working days of the order being placed. Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery.
For deliveries outside of the UK Mainland, delivery will be charged accordingly. Prices and delivery times are as follows:
Channel Islands: A flat charge of £6.99 [exempt from VAT] will be made for any number of items. We aim to dispatch all orders within 10 working days of the order being placed. Please allow up to 21 working days for delivery.
European Union: For products to be delivered within the EU a charge of £6.00 [£5.11 + VAT] is made for the first item. An extra charge of £3.00 [£2.50 + VAT] per item is made thereafter.
Goods are dispatched to EU countries by either Standard Air Mail service or international courier. Delivery times vary throughout the EU. Please allow up to 28 Days for delivery.
Rest of the World: For products to be delivered to the Rest Of The World a charge of £10.00 is made for the first item. An extra charge of £5.00 per item is made thereafter.
Goods are dispatched throughout the rest of the world [non-UK or EU countries] by either Standard Air Mail service or international courier. Delivery times vary throughout the world. Please allow up to 28 Days for delivery.
No goods are dispatched until full payment is received.
Guarantee & Returns Procedure
If you are not completely satisfied with any of your purchases from ambitionsport.com, you may return them to us within 21 days of receipt for either refund or exchange. You will find a Returns Procedure form in your order which should be completed and returned with the item(s).
All items must be returned 'as sold': in resellable condition, unworn, in original packaging with all swing tickets attached. If a returned item fails to meet one of these requirements we will not be able to accept the item back.
We regret that no postage or carriage can be refunded for returned items. An additional postage charge of £3.00 is applicable to any item sent out in exchange.
Faulty Goods
Every item supplied by ambitionsport.com is of the highest quality. However, if you receive a faulty item, please return it to: Ambition Sport, PO BOX 22, Herne Bay, Kent, CT6 6AP. Please fill in and include the Returns Procedure form. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office or your Courier as we cannot accept responsibility for items that go missing or are damaged in transit.
Please note: We would ask that all faulty goods must be as clean as possible and free from dirt and mud. We will be unable to process returns that are covered in mud.
